Dizziness

Dizziness is a common but uncomfortable sensation that can have many causes, including inner ear problems, reduced blood flow to the brain, neurological issues, medication side effects, or stress. Symptoms may include a spinning feeling, balance difficulties, lightheadedness, or in some cases, fainting.

Treatment

Treatment may include balance and coordination exercises, head and eye movements, and gradual motion retraining to reduce dizziness and improve stability.

Regular balance, strength, and coordination training can help reduce dizziness and the risk of falls. Maintaining good hydration, adequate rest, and stress management also supports balance and well-being.
